Texas Truck Tire is BY FAR the best automotive service experience I have ever had. I perform all of my own maintenance, including engine and light transmission/differential work. That being said I am not a novice to mechanics and tire shops. These gentlemen were beyond kind, extremely fast, perfectly fair, and highly considerate. Tom is the young man I dealt with and he spent time withe to figure out my needs and applied ZERO pressure towards my decision. I was in and out within 45 minutes and had a complete set of tires and wheels mounted, balanced, and installed. I was offered bottled water and coffee while I waited and restrooms were available for use. Facilities were clean and service was top-notch. I will never visit a discount tire again. These guys are awesome! This is a family owned and operated business and they love what they do. I have been to many tire shops and have found the one I will be going to from now on. I wouldn't even consider the other shops anymore. They work hard to get you what you want. I had a tough scenario and they made it work right. Robert and Mike are the best! Sold us a great set of tires and wheels for our Jeep Wrangler. Mike worked hard and did the install, even took the sensors and installed them in the replacement tires. These guys go above and beyond. Customer service it top shelf! Robert even called a couple of days later to ask how the wheels were riding. I would recommend them and we plan to bring all our tire and wheel business to Texas Truck Tire in the future. |
